On GEAR AID’s former platform, it was difficult to make regular updates and near impossible to run marketing promotions or create useful discount codes. They required a more flexible ecommerce solution and Shopify Plus turned out to be the perfect fit. Combining our Rebase Shopify theme and applications suite, we lowered the overhead of multiple developer relationships and let GEAR AID focus on growth — not managing, upgrading, or fixing technology.
Easy access to retailers
GEAR AID products are carried in sports and outdoors stores all over the United States and Canada. Rebase Places helped GEAR AID easily manage a map of those retailers by letting them add entire chains with a couple of clicks instead of manually entering each individual location. Since Places syncs with Facebook business information, store hours and information are always up to date for all locations.
Letting their social shine
GEAR AID's customers love sharing their products in-use. Using Rebase's social features, GEAR AID is able to curate and feature their customer's media along side their own throughout the new website. Rebase galleries showcase the user-generated content and even allow for tagging of GEAR AID's products that are being featured.
